What to Expect?
Managers who attend all three days will learn exactly how to create and implement a system that conforms with ISO 14001 and RC 14001 requirements for a comprehensive health, safety, security and environmental performance improvement program.
We will be reviewing each requirement of these standards and showing how to best incorporate the requirements into your existing ISO 9001:2000 program and how to adjust your CIS settings and criterion to simplify the process. Included with this seminar will be an implementation kit that will include recommended training schedules for your employees. A Gap Analysis Form and an implementation checklist. Additionally, we will include a complete set of revised TQMS Templates including Quality System Procedures, Quality Manual, Work Instructions and Forms that will help implement these requirements in the most effective and simple manner. Executives may want to attend only the first day to gain an understanding of the requirements and the steps and resources necessary to conform to these standards.
