TQMS Inc. is proud to be a Master Distributor of CIS Continuous Improvement Software and we offer three Methods to help clients start using CIS Continuous Improvement Software:

  1. Attend one of our two-Day Start-Up Seminars and learn from our experts. Let our experts guide you through the implementation and set-up stages and provide you with expert hints on how best to use CIS to meet your specific needs.  Our experts will show you how to create or revise your existing procedures to seamlessly work with all the new features of CIS Continuous Improvement Software;

  2. If you have procedures and are certified to a standard such as ISO 9001:2000 or AS 9100, you can start using CIS Software for a free two month trial. After 2-months, if you would like to continue using CIS, there will be a support and maintenance fee of $ 337.00 USD each month. The support fee includes all revisions to CIS, daily back-ups of all your data and files loaded into CIS, E-mail and/or phone support from our experts, and a yearly review of your system on-line to ensure that you are effectively using CIS to drive improvement throughout your organization.

  3. If you do not have any procedures, we offer a complete on-site package that includes helping you create procedures for your organization to ISO 9001:2000 or other such standards and we will set-up CIS and train all your managers so that when we leave, you will be operational. The advanced CIS User's Group or Start-up seminar provides a complete hands-on training on CIS Software. For current CIS users, it is an excellent opportunity to provide training to new managers or to increase the effectiveness of CIS Software within your organization.

For new clients, the training will enable you to start-up using CIS Software for two months, free of charge. When you attend and pay for the seminar as a new client, we will set up your company on CIS and you will be given a user name and password to access your system at the seminar. Providing the participants bring a notebook, this will allow your participants to start setting up CIS for use upon their return. When they return, CIS will be fully operational and ready to use. After two months, you may cancel or decide to continue using CIS and start paying the monthly support and licensing fee which also includes all revisions to CIS.

  • Learn about the New Modules and Features of CIS Revision 4.1 and the Cross Platform functionality;

  • Learn about how the ISO Auditors are NOT required to perform on-site audits when using CIS Software;

  • Learn how to benefit from a Preventive Action Program and by a Process Audit rather than the traditional check list style of Internal Auditing;

  • Since we truly believe that our software is the only management software that is truly paperless and provides tools and solutions for every element of ISO 9001:2000 and AS 9100, we know that it is ahead of it's time!
