The Booster Shot Program
Managers and employees come and go, business changes, customers change and with all that change, does your quality management system keep up? Perhaps what is needed is a Quality Management Booster Shot?
Depending on the size of your organization our Booster Shot program could be one or two days. It begins with a Quality Management Seminar given to all employees that outlines the importance of the ISO 9001 programs, defines quality, and focuses on continuous improvement using the quality management system tools. This seminar is very motivating to both the employees and managers. The participants will leave the seminar with a similar motivation and commitment to quality management as they did when they first embraced ISO 9001. This seminar can be given to groups of employees and managers throughout day one, depending on the size of the organization.

We provide all seminar hand outs and materials while you provide a conference room at your company. The costs will include the cost of the training, hotel and flights.
