We have worked in the Quality Management Industry since 1989. Our
procedures, forms and systems reflect this experience and include
accurate terms and systems used by our customers in a variety of
industries such as warehousing, logistics, food manufacturing,
aerospace manufacturing, electronics, nuclear and even the United
Nations. industry. We also understand that most organizations are
very busy and do not have the time to focus and complete a
management system of this nature.

certified, we have consistently received the following negative

creation of our procedures and forms in HTML format so that they can
be uploaded to a web-based management system. This eliminates the
age old challenge of document and data control.

using the least amount of resources at your facility. In essence, we
will come down to your facility and write the documentation,
complete all of the implementation and train your personnel on the
job. We have found that our clients are ISO 9001:2000 certified
within three months after we start. In fact, we usually complete the
documentation and training in less than 6 days. Our new approach
develops a totally electronic system that requires hardly any

real-time paperless management system.

Provide an Internal Auditor Training to three selected internal auditors;

Provide a CIS training to all managers and Supervisors including implementation guidance;

Provide a Root Cause Analysis and Preventive Action Seminar to all Managers who will work on Quality Improvement;
